Registration fees support evaluation, certificate processing, and verification infrastructure.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only in the case of duplicate payments or technical payment failures. Requests must be raised within 7 days of payment.

Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Non-refundable

Once an artwork is submitted and the evaluation cycle has begun, the registration fee is non-refundable.
